All At Ease Photography, LLC clients are required to sign a Terms and Conditions/Liability Release form prior to scheduled appointment time.

Client Terms and Conditions



I __________________________, hereby grant and authorize At Ease Photography, LLC the right to take, edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, distribute and make use of any and all pictures taken of myself and my family members (if applicable) by At Ease Photography, LLC and Associate Photographers to be used in and/ or for legally promotional materials including, but not limited to, newsletters, flyers, posters, brochures, advertisements, fundraising letters, annual reports, press kits and submissions to journalists, websites, social networking sites and other print and digital communications, without payment or any other consideration. This authorization extends to all languages, media, formats, and markets now known or hereafter devised. I understand and agree that these photographs shall become the property of At Ease Photography, LLC.

Liability Release

I recognize that there are certain inherent risks associated with in the 13 acres At Ease Photography studio/grounds and I assume full responsibility for personal injury to myself and my family members (if applicable) and further release and discharge At Ease Photography, LLC for injury, loss or damage arising out of my family’s use of or presence upon the facilities. All minor children will remain within “Arms Reach” while on At Ease Photography studio/grounds.

Policy Statement

I understand that I am responsible for maintaining originals for printing and for reproduction of my photographs. I acknowledge that my photographs may only be available for download for 30 days from the date of notification of completion from the Client Gallery located on the At Ease Photography website.

I hereby hold harmless, and release At Ease Photography, LLC from all liability, petitions, and causes of action which I, my heirs, representative, executors, administrators, or any other persons may make while acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate.

I warrant that I am of the age of consent (18 years old) and that I am competent to contract in my own name. I have read this release before signing below and I fully understand the contents, meaning and impact of this release.

Photographer Liability Release



I __________________________, recognize that there are certain inherent risks associated with in the 13 acres At Ease Photography studio/grounds and I acknowledge that I am required to carry Photographer General Liability Insurance at a minimum and that I am fully responsible for any/ and all injuries or property damage that may occur for myself and/ or my client(s) while located on At Ease Photography studio/grounds, during my scheduled appointment time. All minor children will remain within “Arms Reach” while on At Ease Photography studio/grounds.

I acknowledge and accept full responsibility for the conduct of my Client(s). I will not tolerate verbally or physically abusive behavior, nor will I interfere or compete with other guest photographers on site.

If I am not able to control the conduct of my client(s) or if the conduct of any of my client(s) damages any At Ease Photography equipment or property, it will result in the immediate departure of the Photographer and all client(s), and no refund will be given.

I hereby hold harmless, and release At Ease Photography, LLC from all liability, petitions, and causes of action which I, my heirs, representative, executors, administrators, or any other persons may make while acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate.
